OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PRIZES ARE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH PLAYOFF FANTASY HOCKEY CHALLENGE (the "GAME"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. REGISTRATION IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, US AND FOREIGN POSSESSIONS AND TERRITORIES, QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED. The Game is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling or for the promotion of gambling.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and US and foreign possessions and territories) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least thirteen (13) years of age and are located in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and US and foreign possessions and territories) or Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of STATS, LLC ('STATS' or 'Sponsor') and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC ('NHL ICE'), the NHL and its member teams and their affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their agents (collectively, 'Sponsor and its Agents') and their respective immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members (other than the Ineligible Locations) may register to play the Game.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Game constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (the 'Official Rules') and to STATS's and NHL ICE's decisions. The decisions of STATS and/or NHL ICE in regards to all matters of the Game are final and binding.
4. REGISTRATION AND GAME DATES: Registration for the Game begins on Friday, March 7, 2008, 12:00:01 PM (Eastern Time or 'ET') and ends on Monday, June 2, 2008, 1:00:00 PM (ET) (the 'Registration Period'). The start date for the Game is Wednesday, April 9, 2008, 12:00:01 AM (ET). The Game ends at the conclusion of the 2007-08 NHL Playoffs (on or about June 9, 2008).
5. TO ENTER: Go to nhl.stats.com and follow the links and instructions provided for entry including without limitation completion and submission of the registration page. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account was registered.
6. GAME DESCRIPTION: See the Game Rules for full information on how to play.
7. GENERAL: Registration information received by STATS will be shared with NHL ICE. By registering, Game participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules; STATS' privacy policy (located at http://biz.stats.com/privacy.asp); and NHL ICE's privacy policy (located at http://www.nhl.com/nhlhq/privacy.html). All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws apply. STATS and NHL ICE reserve the right to limit the number of participants in the Game at any time for any reason.
The laws of the State of New York (excluding the choice of laws principles) govern the Game and these Official Rules, with venue in the state and federal courts in New York County, New York. All claims relating to the Game and/or these Office Rules must be resolved in the appropriate court in New York County, New York.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; CONDITIONS: By registering for the Game, all participants release NHL ICE, STATS and their respective agents, parents, subsidiaries, directors, governors, stockholders, employees, representatives, sponsors and affiliates (collectively, "NHL Parties") from any against and all costs, expenses, liability, damages, claims or actions of any kind, including without limitation those related to injuries or damages to persons or property, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Game, including without limitation any claims based upon violation of publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Participants agree that the NHL Parties are not liable for any punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits.
Participants further agree that the NHL Parties shall not be responsible for any (i) lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient registrations; (ii) incorrect or inaccurate information (including, without limitation, typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Game (including, without limitation, scoring), the Game advertising, or these Official Rules), whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Game or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of registrations in the Game; (iii) problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, telephones, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including without limitation injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Game; (iv) technical or human error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or the theft, destruction or alteration of entries or other materials; (v) cancellation or postponement of any hockey games during the Game; (vi) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses or other security breaches; (vii) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; and/or (viii) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from registrant's participation in the Game, access to, copying or downloading materials from NHL.com or any other website.
NHL ICE, STATS and/or their agents may prohibit any registrant from participating in this Game or any future promotion if STATS and/or NHL ICE determine in their sole discretion that such registrant (i) has tampered with the registration process or the operation of the Game or any web site, (ii) has repeatedly shown a disregard for these Official Rules, (iii) has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to register, or (iv) has acted (A) in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, (B) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass STATS or NHL ICE or any entrant, or (C) in any other disruptive manner.
If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure; (b) player strike or lock-out, labor controversy or threat thereof, (c) civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), or (d) any other causes beyond the control of STATS or NHL ICE which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game, NHL ICE reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game. ANY ATTEMPT BY A REGISTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, STATS AND NHL ICE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH REGISTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. USE OF DATA: STATS will collect personal data on its behalf and on behalf of NHL ICE in accordance with the STATS privacy policy and NHL ICE's privacy policy.

Marty Turco, G (Dal) -- 12:00AM CT - Turco gave up two goals on 34 shots in the Stars' 2-1 loss at Detroit on Saturday in Game 2 of the teams' Western Conference playoff series.
Stephane Robidas, D (Dal) -- 12:00AM CT - Robidas scored the Stars' lone goal in their 2-1 loss at Detroit on Saturday in Game 2 of the teams' Western Conference playoff series.
Valtteri Filppula, C (Det) -- 12:00AM CT - Filppula was in the lineup for the host Red Wings' 2-1 win over Dallas on Saturday in Game 2 of the teams' Western Conference final playoff series.
Jere Lehtinen, RW (Dal) -- 12:00AM CT - Lehtinen was sent off the ice because of a leg injury on Saturday, when the visiting Stars fell, 2-1, in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals against Detroit. Stars coach Dave Tippett said the right wing is day-to-day.
Patrick Rissmiller, LW (SJ) -- 12:00AM CT - Rissmiller is expected to undergo surgery for a sports hernia, according to the Sharks' official Web site.
Mike Grier, RW (SJ) -- 12:00AM CT - San Jose released a list of injuries that affected players during the postseason, noting that Grier is expected to have his right knee examined, according to the Sharks' official Web site.
Mike Richards, C (Phi) -- 12:00AM CT - Richards accounted for all of the Flyers' offense in their 4-2 loss at Pittsburgh on Friday as the teams opened their Eastern Conference final playoff series.
Joffrey Lupul, RW (Phi) -- 12:00AM CT - Lupul assisted on Mike Richards' second goal of the game on Friday, but the visiting Flyers lost, 4-2, to Pittsburgh as the teams opened their Eastern Conference final playoff series.
Marc-Andre Fleury, G (Pit) -- 12:00AM CT - Fleury stopped 26 of 28 shots to help the host Penguins to a 4-2 victory over Philadelphia on Friday as the teams opened their Eastern Conference final playoff series.
Sidney Crosby, C (Pit) -- 12:00AM CT - Crosby scored a goal for the host Penguins in their 4-2 win over Philadelphia on Friday, when the teams opened their Eastern Conference final playoff series.
Evgeni Malkin, C (Pit) -- 12:00AM CT - Malkin contributed two goals and an assist to help the host Penguins to a 4-2 victory over Philadelphia on Friday in the teams' Eastern Conference final series.
Max Talbot, C (Pit) -- 12:00AM CT - Talbot may play Sunday night in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals against Philadelphia. The center was back on the ice for the Penguins' practice on Saturday morning, and coach Michel Therrien said he will be evaluated following Sunday's pre-game skate. The Penguins took Game 1, 4-2, on Friday.
